1. About BonusForge AI
BonusForge AI is an AI-assisted software service designed to help users plan and create digital assets such as lead magnets, bonus products, prompts, guides, checklists, knowledge materials and related content. The service may change as features are developed, tested, added or removed.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use a paid service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for activity under your account and for providing accurate account information. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Licence to use the service
Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits, BonusForge AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for lawful personal or business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of BonusForge AI, its software, source code, branding, proprietary workflows or platform technology.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you already have in material you submit. You give us and our service providers the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit and transform that material solely to operate, secure and provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to submit any content or personal information to BonusForge AI.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, similar to material generated for others or unsuitable for a particular legal, commercial or factual purpose. You must review and, where appropriate, edit, fact-check and obtain professional advice before publishing or relying on output.
BonusForge AI does not guarantee that generated output is unique, non-infringing, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or eligible for intellectual-property protection in any jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use BonusForge AI to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- upload material you do not have authority to use;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, accounts, systems or data;
- introduce malware, interfere with service operation or bypass technical limits;
- resell access to the service unless your plan expressly permits it;
- misrepresent AI-generated material in a way that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
7. Plans, payments and subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, usage limits and included features will be shown at or before checkout. Payments may be processed directly or through a third-party marketplace, merchant of record or payment processor. Where a third party is the seller or merchant of record, its checkout, billing and refund terms may also apply.
For recurring plans, the checkout will state the renewal frequency and price. Unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable checkout terms, a subscription may renew automatically. You are responsible for cancelling through the method made available for your purchase.
8. Trials, early access and beta features
Beta, preview or early-access functionality may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn. Such features may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical work. We may impose additional limits on beta use.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep BonusForge AI available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, API limits or other events may affect availability. We may modify features, usage limits, integrations or technical requirements as the service develops.
10. Third-party services
BonusForge AI may depend on third-party AI models, hosting, email, payment, analytics and other services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, and their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
11. Intellectual property
BonusForge AI, its branding, interface, original software, documentation and proprietary platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those materials to you.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to non-payment, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically create a right to a refund; see the Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.
13. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to digital content or services. Where required, checkout information will explain cancellation rights and any effect of requesting immediate supply or access.

15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonusForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or decisions made in reliance on unreviewed AI output. Any additional liability limitations applicable to a paid plan may be presented at checkout or in plan-specific terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right to rely on mandatory local law where it applies.
